My name is Olga, and I am the founder and head pastry chef at Be Pure. 

 

Our mission is to create exquisite, 100% plant-based macarons that are both delicious and suitable for those with dietary restrictions. 

Unlike traditional macarons, ours are free from gluten and lactose, making them perfect for individuals with allergies. 

 

Our unique approach ensures pure, unadulterated flavors, as we avoid animal products that can mask the natural taste. We use only the finest ingredients, including 100% fruit and berry purees and homemade nut pastes. Additionally, these macarons are lower in sugar, as we do not use refined white sugar in the fillings.
